Precautions for secondary wiring of gas relay upper end

The arrangement of the secondary wires in the junction box of the upper end of the gas relay is arranged from left to right for the transformer oil conservator, that is, the tripping negative one trip positive one signal negative one signal positive.

Pay attention to the following issues when installing secondary lines:

(1) Rainproof. A rain cover should be installed on the end cover part of the gas relay and the cable outlet end box to seal it with a paint piece to prevent rainwater from entering the relay and causing it to malfunction.

(2) Lead wires. For the gas relay lead wire, the glass wire or the oil proof wire should be used. When installing, connect the terminal block in the intermediate terminal box to the cable. The cable and the oil proof wire should be led out separately from the terminal box.

(3) The trip line connected to the heavy gas protection device should be separated from the positive terminal on the terminal block.

(4) The cables and wires of the secondary circuit shall be numbered according to the regulations.
