The core chip of RFID radio frequency lock adopts TX125 series non-contact IC control chip of Tongxin Intelligent Technology. The chip's RF card reader uses 125kHz RF and has a read range of 50-150mm. It fully supports the operation of EM, TEMIC, TK and compatible cards. In the RFID electronic lock circuit, MODE1 is selected as the high level to select the baud rate of 9600, MODE3 is connected to the high level and selected as the serial output, and MODE4 is selected as the active mode, where TX125 is “TXD†and MSP430 is P3.7. Connection, P3.7 working mode is set to the receiving state of serial port 1, open the serial port 1 receiving interrupt, so that the RFID card reading real-time performance is the highest; TX1, TX2 connected to the sensing antenna, "STATUS" and MSP430 ordinary IO port P1 .2 connection, used to read the working status of TX125; MSP430's ordinary IO port P1.3 is set to the output state, through the relay to control the action motor of the electronic lock, to complete the work of opening and locking the door, TX125 other pins default No load.
