This is mostly caused by the saturation of the triode in the input stage, the loss of the phase opposite of the large end of the inverting input, and the fact that the circuit becomes positive feedback. If a large capacitor in the circuit is charged by a large signal and there is no discharge loop or the common mode input voltage exceeds the specified value, blocking may occur.
In order to prevent blocking, firstly, the input stage triode is prevented from being saturated. At this time, the triode can be automatically disconnected or the diode clamped. The specific circuit is shown in the figure.
