Overview:
The NCP1230 is designed with several new technology features to achieve low standby power, medium power AC/DC switching power supplies for notebook computers, battery chargers and other consumer electronics. With few lead terminals and full-featured, 8PIN package, it contains all the control functions and builds an effective power supply system. The PWM controller is a current mode controller with ramp compensation placed internally. The front-end PFC management circuit is added, and the PFC is disabled during standby. It enters the cross-cycle operation to limit the peak current, and does not fall to the range where the audio noise is generated. The internal high-voltage starting source is eliminated, and the external start is eliminated. The needs of the components.
