It is completely determined by the design wiring diagram. We may touch the communication line a little more. We may make a DP plug or make other communication lines. In short, from the perspective of contact range, we may be involved in wiring diagram design, control wiring, and communication wiring.

First, the wiring diagram design:

Second, control wiring

Generally, the control circuit wiring is carried out according to the design drawings. The connection of the control wiring (including bolt connection, plugging, welding, etc.) should be firm and reliable. The wiring harness should be horizontal and vertical, and the same component should be the same in the same contract. This will be layered and neat.

Precautions:

(2) It is best to keep away from arcing components, and it is best not to affect the operation of the electrical equipment.

(3) Control wiring should not be interleaved with the power line overlap

Third, communication wiring

Communication wiring is mainly divided into the production of DP plugs and the wiring of some PLCs and touch screens and other communication equipment. If the wiring is not required, it may cause communication interruption, communication instability or communication failure.

Precautions:

(1) Correct wiring, for example, the connection between Siemens PLC and Kunlun open state touch screen is generally 38 corresponding to 78. If it is not wired as required, it will result in communication failure.

(2) The wiring is firm. If the wiring is not secure, the virtual connection may occur, which may result in communication interruption and instability.

(3) Pay attention to the treatment of shielding and grounding. Personally, it is very important to deal with the shielding layer. For example, when making a DP plug, the shielding tape must be accurately placed on the metal guiding device to ensure the stability of communication.
