First, the response time of a thermocouple depends on its structure and size. That is, the thicker the diameter of the hot electrode and the protective tube and the thicker the tube wall, the greater its inertness, and the longer it takes for the thermocouple to reach stability, thus affecting its response time.

Second, the production of different materials, thermal conductivity is also different. For example, the metal protection tube is superior to the porcelain protection tube in that the former has good thermal conductivity, so the thermal inertia is also small, and the time for the thermocouple to reach stability is short, that is, the response time is short.

Third, if the thermocouple's working status changes, it will also affect the response time of the thermocouple.
