1. Tendering Conditions The bidding project of the Urban Impression Lighting Project of the Central Business District of Chongqing Jiefangbei has already met the bidding conditions, and the project is now open for bidding.

Bidding scope: "Tianjin Impression" lighting project tendering diagram: distribution control box, installation of lamps, foundation excavation and filling, power supply and control cable laying, grounding protection, etc., acceptance, delivery, use, all work content belongs to this bidding range. Routine maintenance and repair work during the five-year maintenance period (from the third year to the fifth year of the maintenance period, charge for maintenance and repair), during the two-year maintenance period, the professional film and television must be required according to the time and content required by the tenderer. The advertising company produces 4 animations per year (8 times in two years), each time not less than 30 minutes.
3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bidding requirements require the bidder to have the qualification of the city night lighting production qualification (including the grade) or the qualification of the city and road lighting engineering contractor (including the grade), with similar construction performance, and in the personnel , equipment, funds and other aspects have the corresponding construction capabilities.
3.2 This bid does not accept consortium bidding.
