The resistor introduced today is AEC-Q200 certified and has a structure with good sulfur resistance. It has been tested at 90 °C for 1000 hours according to ASTM B809 95 test method and can be used in high sulfur environment. RCA-HP e3 series resistors are available in 8 sizes from 0402 to 2512, with resistances from 1Ω to 1MΩ, tolerances of ±1% and ±5%, TCR of ±100ppm/K and ±200ppm/K, and operating voltages from 50V to 500V. .
These resistors are RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and feature a single-sided (0402) or double-sided (0603 to 2512) printed resistor core with a protective coating. The device is plated with pure tin to accommodate lead-free and lead-free soldering processes.
