2007 is an important year in the development of the lighting electrical industry. In this year, the industry has made remarkable progress in many aspects, and wrote a lot of highlights for the realization of the development plan of the lighting electrical industry during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. Looking at the overall development of the industry, the lighting electrical industry has outstanding performance in eight aspects, reflecting the development direction of the lighting electrical industry.
First, the industrial cluster operation has been strengthened. The lighting electrical industry has formed a number of industrial bases, large and small, in China, reflecting the obvious clustering characteristics. This has been recognized by industry authorities. In October 2007, the Torch High-tech Industry Development Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology awarded the plaque of “National Torch Plan Zhongshan Guzhen Lighting Equipment Design and Manufacturing Industry Base†to Guzhen, and the Guzhen Lighting Industry Cluster was finally recognized and supported by the central government; In the month, China Lighting Association awarded the honorary title of “China Lighting City†to Zouqu Town, Changzhou City. At the beginning of this year, Leliu Street in Shunde District has confirmed that it is the regional brand of “China Lighting Capital†(tentative name) with Leliu lighting as the main body. It can be expected that a few years later, in areas other than Zhongshan and even Guangdong, there will be a cluster of lighting appliances with a relatively large scale.
Second, the energy-saving lamps entered the popularization stage. In 2007, as the government paid more attention to the significance of energy conservation and emission reduction, various measures were taken to promote energy conservation and emission reduction, and the promotion of energy-saving lamps became a key project. In 2007, energy-saving lamps were widely used by many government agencies, commercial organizations and public facilities to replace traditional light bulbs. Powerful measures have paved the way for the rapid spread of energy-saving lamps in China. The "Measures" stipulate that for each high-efficiency lighting product of the large-scale users, the central government will subsidize 30% of the supply price of the winning bid agreement; for each efficient lighting product of urban and rural residents, the central government will subsidize 50% of the supply price of the winning bid. Listed companies in the lighting and electrical industry have issued announcements, saying that this move is beneficial to the business activities of the company.
Third, the quality level needs to be improved. The relevant departments of all localities will conduct quality inspections on the products of various industries, but from the spot check results of the lighting electrical industry, the quality problem is very serious. On March 15, 2007, the qualified rate of energy-saving lamps for the State Administration for Industry and Commerce was only 39.3%; the qualified rate of energy-saving lamps for Sichuan Industrial and Commercial Bureau in October was only 20%; the quality of energy-saving lamps in Guangzhou market conducted by the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce The pass rate is only 50%; the sampling rate of portable lamps of Tianjin Quality Supervision Bureau is only 35%; in November, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine announced the results of quality inspection of energy-saving lamps, and the sampling pass rate is 59.7%. In January this year, the quality inspection rate of the lighting inspection of the Shaanxi Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau was only 46.1%; the total qualified rate of the quality monitoring report issued by the Foshan Industrial and Commercial Bureau in February was only 38%. Among the above unqualified products, there are many well-known brands. According to statistics, the pass rate of product inspections in the lighting industry is only 80-90%, while most other industries can reach 100%. In fact, lighting appliances are related to personal safety, the quality level should be higher, and should guarantee 100% pass rate. There are many reasons for the low quality level. The main reason is that many enterprises pay insufficient attention to them and do not strictly abide by relevant laws and regulations. Other enterprises are difficult to meet the relevant quality standards of the industry due to technical problems. Even the regulations on quality standards are basically Do not understand. This led to a large number of unqualified products flowing into the city at the National Quality Work Conference in July last year. Premier Wen Jiabao proposed to comprehensively strengthen quality supervision, especially for products involving personal health and safety, to further improve production license conditions and market. To get started, to speed up the construction of product quality standards system, it is necessary to track and master the advanced foreign standards in a timely manner, and accelerate the improvement of national standards. Fourth, the LED lighting industry is in full swing. In December 2007, the Ministry of Science and Technology approved Yangzhou and Shijiazhuang as national semiconductor lighting engineering industry bases. This is the two new semiconductor lighting industry bases added in one year after Shenzhen became the fifth base in 2005. This is a major achievement of the semiconductor lighting industry in 2007. So far, there are 7 national semiconductor lighting engineering industry bases in China. . At the same time, other cities are actively building and reporting to the base, such as Hangzhou, Ningbo, Nanjing and Harbin. Shandong has also joined this rank this year. The provincial government has issued the "Opinions on Accelerating the Development of the Semiconductor Lighting Industry" to support leading enterprises in the semiconductor lighting industry. In 2007, a number of representative engineering cases appeared in LED lighting applications in China, such as the Olympic Games Stadium Water Cube, Suzhou Science and Technology Culture and Art Center, Harbin LED Ice Lantern Festival, Huzhou LED Lighting Model Road, Tianjin LED City Lighting Demonstration Zone. Reflects the advantages and trends of LED lighting applications. It is understood that LED will be widely used in the field of street lamps and lamps. Domestic LED lighting has also continuously broken through in technology. This year, Wuhan scientific research institutions have successfully developed the world's most powerful 1500-watt LED light source, and Taiwan Industrial Technology Research Institute has developed AC LED. The vigorous development of the domestic LED lighting industry has also attracted the attention of international LED giants. The US Cree company acquired the LED industry division of Hong Kong Huagang Optoelectronics Group Co., Ltd. as a springboard for exploring the Chinese market.
