Recently, the Binzhou Municipal Economic and Trade Commission and the Municipal Finance Bureau formulated and issued the “Implementation Plan for the Promotion of Binary High-Efficiency Lighting Productsâ€. The program requires that by the end of September this year, Binzhou City will promote 70,000 high-efficiency lighting products throughout the city. Among them, there are 40,000 self-ballasted fluorescent lamps and 30,000 fluorescent lamps with three primary colors and double-ended tubes.
According to estimates, if 70,000 energy-saving lamps are replaced by incandescent lamps in use this year, the annual energy saving will be 4.2 million kWh, converting 1,560 tons of standard coal and reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 3,890 tons.
