Easily add Wi-Fi connectivity to your host with a universal UART

I think the following scene must have happened to you: one morning, the engineering manager found you and said to you, "We need to add connectivity to the product 'x', but in order to make the function increase, we don't want to change The circuit in the product 'x'. If the existing system already has a Universal Asynchronous Receiver/Transmitter (UART) to the host processor, then Wi-Fi can be easily added.

TI has created a reference design for 24V AC powered UART to Wi-Fi bridging (TIDA-00375) for building automation and HVAC systems. This design features a low-power SimpleLinkTM Wi-Fi CC3200 wireless MCU for Internet connectivity. The design also includes a power section that can be used with HVAC applications and the 24 VAC system common in thermostats. This design can interface with systems with 3.3V or 5V logic.

The TIDA-00375 reference design is expressed as a wireless bridge. (See Figure 1.) The software included in this design connects two TIDA-00375 boards together using a Wi-Fi connection provided by an external access point. Two-way communication is also provided. The UART communication between the existing system hardware nodes appears to have a cable connection between the two UARTs.

Although this method was documented in the reference design, this is by no means the sole purpose of this hardware. If no off-the-shelf network is available, one of the two TIDA-00375 boards can be configured as an access point, and the other can be connected to the network later. Communication between end systems also appears to be connected by two cables. This is the situation shown in Figure 2.

Figure 3 shows the third possibility. In this configuration, a TIDA-00375 board is connected to an access point with Internet access. Communications from existing systems can be delivered to a cloud location on the Internet for remote data monitoring, data analysis, and even system control.

In addition to HVAC and thermostat applications, this design has many other possible applications in the areas of building automation and factory automation. So, the next time you need to connect your existing hardware to Wi-Fi, don't forget our wireless bridge design and the SimpleLink Wi-Fi CC3200 platform, which can help you streamline the process. We also want to know how you use this reference design.

Residual Current Circuit Breaker With Over Load Protection

TWO FUNCTION : MCB AND RCCB FUNCTIONS

leakage breaker is suitable for the leakage protection of the line of AC 50/60Hz, rated voltage single phase 240V, rated current up to 63A. When there is human electricity shock or if the leakage current of the line exceeds the prescribed value, it will automatically cut off the power within 0.1s to protect human safety and prevent the accident due to the current leakage.
leakage breaker can protect against overload and short-circuit. It can be used to protect the line from being overloaded and short-circuited as wellas infrequent changeover of the line in normal situation. It complies with standard of IEC/EN61009-1 and GB16917.1.
