Mr. Shao: From the national level, energy saving in construction is a big expense, and energy saving demand is no less than steel, electricity and other high energy consumption industries. As far as lighting is concerned, according to statistics, the annual electricity consumption of lighting in the country accounts for about 12% of the national electricity consumption. The lighting, light source and energy-saving control have huge potential for energy saving, and there is absolutely a need to introduce the EMC model. As for the owners, energy-saving investment is related to the immediate interests of the owners. Many owners have doubts about the EMC model at the beginning, and EMC companies are not popular in civil buildings. There are fewer buildings that fully use the EMC model. China Lighting Network: Can you talk about the lighting energy-saving renovation in civil buildings in combination with engineering examples? This way we will have an understanding of EMC's application.
Mr. Shao: In fact, the lighting energy saving in public buildings has always been the design content that our designers attach great importance to and emphasize. All the projects we designed put energy conservation in an important position. Here I can give an example. I used to Participated in the energy-saving design of the Shanghai Pudong Airport Terminal, the situation of this project is more convincing. The energy-saving design of this project is very important. For this reason, we have set up an energy-saving research team with the owners to carry out energy-saving research and implementation and application for the project. In the project, we designed the Building Equipment Automation Monitoring System (BAS). The intelligent lighting monitoring and management system monitors and controls air conditioning equipment, water supply and drainage equipment, electrical equipment, lighting equipment and other electrical equipment, and adopts many advanced energy-saving control technologies. The lighting adopts intelligent lighting control system to realize real-time and effective control of time sharing, timing, sub-area of ​​public area lighting, according to external lighting conditions and according to human flow, so as to save manpower and save energy. In particular, it also introduces the use of flight information linkage control lighting and equipment automation monitoring system technology for the characteristics of airport buildings, and emphasizes the scientific system energy-saving control management of building electrical facilities from the perspective of system equipment operation and management.
At the time of design, we expect that the energy-saving management of the system should be able to save more than 25%. It is not clear how much the actual return of the owner's energy-saving is started, but they know that the energy-saving operation of air-conditioning, lighting and other equipment is necessary and can be practical. After the completion of the project, in order to objectively evaluate the energy-saving effect, the owner has conducted a three-week, 21-day energy-saving comparison test to show the huge return of energy-saving design. Mr. Shao: At present, most of the domestic contract energy management adopts the mode of investing in energy conservation first, and then reducing the energy consumption target, and the energy conservation promotion enterprise bears certain risks, and there are not many examples of contract energy management business application in the construction industry. There are also financing problems, tax rates, price subsidies, and long contract lengths, which have made EMC's business unable to keep pace.
In the past, most of China adopted the energy management mechanism of the government's energy-saving competent departments, energy-saving service agencies and enterprise energy-saving management departments. Now all walks of life advocate energy-saving and emission reduction. The competent authorities' control and supervision of energy management is a must. Some mandatory measures and other preferential subsidies can increase the confidence of the owners. For example, in the previous period, Shanghai residential houses fully implemented energy-saving lamps. It is a timely and effective operation for residents to use energy-saving lamps to receive government subsidies.
