Take Spring Airlines' routine bank balance inquiry as an example. Before Spring Xiaobing goes online, Spring Airlines needs to send a person to check the company's account balances in multiple banks and various foreign exchange rates every day, which takes about 1 hour.
According to Tang Xiaowen, product manager of Spring Wings, after the RPA robot runs, it only takes about 10 minutes to spend on it every day, which is more than 3 hours in a month. By comparison, the efficiency has increased by 6 times.
At the same time, the time to develop an RPA robot is also very limited. Tang Xiaowen introduced that the design time for a single department is about 2 to 3 days, and even for cross-departmental and cross-system products, the design time can be controlled within 6 weeks, which can ensure the normal operation of the enterprise to the greatest extent.
It is reported that aviation companies, including Shenzhen Airport, have already docked with Spring Airlines and will introduce this product in the near future.
