3. Bidders must go to the county bidding market to apply for an access permit.
4. The registration time and place of the project: before 11:00 on December 7, 2009, the registration location: Jixian County Bidding Management Center.
5. Relevant expenses: The registration fee for the registration fee is RMB 300, and the entry permit for the bidding market in Ganyu County is 50 yuan.
