LED companies initiated 337 investigations. If Chinese companies do not respond to or lose complaints, China's LED products will not be able to enter the US market, often called short-wavelength LEDs, known as a new generation of advanced light sources for energy-saving green.
The US International Trade Commission initiated a 337 investigation and was applied for by a professor at Columbia University. The professor accused more than 30 companies worldwide, including Nokia and Motorola, from producing in the United States, and LED products sold to the United States infringed on a patent filed in the 1990s. Patent No.: 5252499, mainly related to the production method of short-wavelength light-emitting diodes.

Experts reminded that this must not be ignored.
