Storage and expiration date of the kit:
Unopened kit: All reagents are stored as indicated on the reagent bottle label. Please note that after receiving the kit, please store the TMB washing solution and the stop solution at 4 °C as soon as possible, and store the other reagents at -20 °C.
After use of the kit: the remaining reagents should still be stored according to the temperature indicated on the label of the reagent bottle. After the opening, the enzyme labeling plate should be sealed and stored at -20 °C to avoid moisture.
Experimental principle:
The target antibody is coated in a 96-well microplate to prepare a solid phase carrier, and a standard or a sample is separately added to the microwell, wherein the antibody linked to the solid phase carrier is bound, and then the microbial target antibody is added. After washing the unbound biotin antibody, HRP label and avidin were added, washed thoroughly again, and TMB substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue under the catalysis of peroxidase and converted to the final yellow color by the action of an acid. The depth of the color is positively correlated with the target in the sample. The absorbance (OD value) was measured at a wavelength of 450 nm using a microplate reader to calculate the sample concentration.
