Circuit principle:

The circuit is shown in Figure 9-68. TDA1524A is mainly suitable for DC volume tone balance control in HI-FI audio system. It avoids the noise generated by the potentiometer for volume tone adjustment directly, and here only one potentiometer can be used to complete the two-channel volume tone and balance control. In addition, TDA1524A also has the ability to handle the overload of the input signal to avoid overload distortion. For low-level input signals, the volume control button of TDA1524A can also provide a maximum gain of 21.5DB.

LM1877 is an op amp type two-channel audio power amplifier, which is especially suitable for use with TDA1524A circuit. LM1877 has a perfect output current limiting and overheating switching protection circuit, and it does not eliminate the "porch" sound and voltage regulation bias Point bias and other auxiliary circuits, so LM1877 only needs a few external components to organize high-quality HI-FI audio power amplifier.

The input signal of the dual-core socket XS in Figure 9-68 is taken from the output port of the multimedia sound card line. The signal is coupled to pins 8 and 10 of IC1 via C4 and C11, and the output signal is coupled to the input terminal of IC2. R8 and R9 are the feedback resistors of the two channels,
