The SD42524 uses current mode control with fast transient response, simple loop stability design, and good constant current characteristics. When the input voltage changes between 6 and 36V or the LED load changes from 1 to 6, the output current rate of the chip can be controlled to ±1%, which is convenient for customers to set the output current under different voltage applications or LED load applications. . Since the chip adopts the 36VBCD process technology of Silan Microelectronics and uses high-precision trimming technology internally, the output current of the chip is consistent, and the output current rate of different batches can be controlled within ±2%. .
The chip uses an advanced system architecture, high system efficiency, and conversion efficiency of up to 96%. The chip integrates an LDMOS power transistor based on Silan Microelectronics' unique BCD device process technology.
